Sarahjane Ballard
Sarahjane is an occupational therapist and case manager specializing in long-term care and placement. She first joined CCS as a Level II clinical fieldwork intern during her graduate training at Shenandoah University where she studied under CCS Principal Tippi Geron. Following her internship, she was recruited to join the firm and has since distinguished herself as both a clinician and program leader.
At CCS, Sarahjane directs our organization’s social entrepreneurship initiative in partnership with the League of Guardians, a nonprofit dedicated to serving socially and economically disadvantaged incapacitated adults. She brings particular expertise in matching clinical needs with psychosocial fit to identify appropriate placements during difficult transitions, ensuring that moves support both safety and quality of life.
Sarahjane holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and is currently pursuing her clinical doctorate. She combines clinical expertise, systems knowledge, and a strong commitment to equity in care, extending CCS’s mission to serve some of our most vulnerable clients and helping families navigate complex decisions.
