Tracy Maynard is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with more than 25 years of experience serving older adults in long-term care. She began her career as an activities assistant and advanced through multiple leadership roles, ultimately becoming a licensed administrator with broad expertise in facility management, regulatory compliance, and program development.

In addition to her leadership in long-term care settings, Tracy is one of CCS’s experts in Medicaid and SSI. She guides clients and families through the complexities of eligibility, benefits planning, and program navigation, ensuring that resources are maximized and barriers to care are removed.

Her leadership has spanned assisted living, nursing homes, and community-based programs, where she has consistently elevated standards of service and care.
