Susan Beasley

As the team’s MSW, Susan Beasley brings decades of social work leadership and crisis care expertise, serving both seniors and younger adults with particular expertise in psychiatric and crisis care management. She is skilled across all facets of care management, including legal matters, entitlements, medical coordination, home navigation, and end-of-life planning.

Susan has worked as a state care manager supporting chronically ill and underserved individuals transitioning from institutional care to independent living. Her leadership experience includes managing a homeless shelter for women with chronic mental illness, directing an Alzheimer’s and dementia day program, serving as Assistant Executive Director of an assisted living facility, and overseeing care management programs designed to achieve organizational excellence. She also serves as an expert witness in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, where her assessments and testimony support courts in resolving complex cases.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work and practices with an unwavering commitment to the highest professional standards. Grounded in the values of self-determination, dignity, and autonomy, Susan is a fierce advocate for her clients. Guided by the social work code of ethics and a steadfast dedication to confidentiality, respect, and compassion, she ensures that every individual she serves receives care that enhances quality of life and honors their humanity.
