Sophie Leeds, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist with more than 10 years of experience across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, pediatric care, and senior living. She has extensive expertise supporting individuals with neurological and orthopedic conditions, with a focus on functional independence, safety, community reintegration, caregiver education, and complex discharge planning. Sophie was the first clinician to complete AOTA’s first accredited neurological occupational therapy residency and was named MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital’s 2020 Team Member of the Year. Her work is grounded in creative problem-solving, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a holistic, client-centered approach to helping individuals and families navigate complex care needs.
