Kiki is a rising leader in health research and policy whose work bridges science, patient care, and systems change. A graduate of Davidson College with a degree in Biology and Public Health, Kiki began her career at the Duke University Human Vaccine Institute, where she worked on translational research for HIV and COVID-19, including testing and producing novel COVID vaccines.
In 2023, she joined the University of North Carolina’s Center for Esophageal Disease and Swallowing (CEDAS) as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where she has led multiple drug trials in gastrointestinal and liver disease. In this role, she partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, CROs, and regulatory entities such as the FDA and IRB to ensure that clinical innovation is aligned with patient needs and delivered with the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Currently completing her Master of Public Health at George Washington University, with a concentration in health technology and biostatistics, Kiki is passionate about using data and policy to expand access to care. She continues to lead regulatory and compliance efforts at UNC and plans to pursue law school with a focus on health policy, equipping her to influence healthcare systems from both clinical and policy perspectives.
At CCS, Kiki contributes her research and data expertise to projects focused on cognition, brain health, and care access. Her work supports CCS’s mission to serve the underserved and to translate complex science into practical solutions that improve the lives of clients and families.
