Kendra Allen, BSN, RN, is an accomplished Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner whose leadership in geriatric and complex care reflects both clinical expertise and operational vision. She brings more than a decade of experience guiding interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care across medical and social settings, and building systems that turn compassion into measurable outcomes.

Before joining CCS, Kendra held senior leadership roles within home care, serving as Director of Clinical Services, Director of Admissions, and Head of Operations. In these positions, she developed and managed programs supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and chronic medical conditions, ensuring care plans remained clinically sound, ethically grounded, and responsive to each client’s needs. Her oversight spanned staff training, compliance, and family communication, shaping a model of care that elevated both quality and continuity.

Kendra’s approach is rooted in advocacy, collaboration, and accountability. She excels at helping families and care teams navigate medical transitions, ensuring that every decision honors the person at the center of care.
