Jorge Rivas
Jorge Rivas is a registered nurse and case manager with deep experience in high-acuity care. A graduate of The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Jorge began his career as an ER nurse at INOVA Fairfax, a Level I Trauma Center, where he managed some of the most complex and urgent medical cases.
At CCS, Jorge leads case management for clients with significant medical needs, including diabetes management, critical illness, feeding tubes, and IV antibiotics. He provides clinical oversight and guidance that supports families and home care aides, ensuring care is coordinated, safe, and medically sound. Bilingual in Spanish, Jorge also extends CCS’s reach to Spanish-speaking families, bridging language and cultural gaps in healthcare.
Currently pursuing advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at George Mason University, Jorge continues to expand his expertise while remaining committed to CCS clients. Known for his calm, approachable, and easygoing style, he is trusted by clients and families alike for bringing both clinical precision and compassion to every case.
