Geneva Bagby
Geneva brings more than 25 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living, with a career grounded in gerontology and public health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from George Mason University and a Master’s in Public Health, combining academic training with decades of leadership in senior care.
Throughout her career, Geneva has directed memory care programs, including piloting one of the first specialized memory care initiatives in her community. She has developed and implemented person-centered care models that reduce isolation, build engagement, and enhance quality of life for older adults, particularly those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Her work has spanned activities direction, memory care leadership, and program oversight, always with a focus on creating environments that support dignity, connection, and well-being.
As a Senior Case Manager at CCS, Geneva brings both breadth and depth: a strong academic foundation, frontline leadership in senior living, and a proven record of designing and delivering care programs that make a measurable difference in the lives of older adults and their families.
