Anissa Bianco is a Registered Nurse and Certified Care Manager with extensive experience supporting older adults and families through complex care needs. Her background spans care management, nursing leadership, home-based care, and quality assurance, giving her a strong understanding of both the clinical needs of clients and the systems required to support them safely at home.

Before joining Continuum Care Strategies, Anissa served in leadership and care management roles with ElderTree Care Management and as Director of Nursing for multiple home-care organizations. Her experience includes coordinating care across providers and settings, overseeing in-home services, supporting caregivers and families, and identifying practical solutions as needs change. At CCS, Anissa brings a clinically grounded, highly experienced perspective to helping clients navigate aging, illness, and increasingly complex care decisions.
